MCLEAN, Virginia, September 26, 2019 – IQBG, Inc., a leading provider of information and management solutions to highly regulated industries and the public sector, today announced it would hold a webinar on October 16 from 1-2 p.m. (eastern) on using assessments to develop an enterprise content and Records Management (RM) solution roadmap.

The event will be hosted by industry-leading information management expert and Jeopardy! winner, Priscilla Emery, where she will discuss the reasons for conducting an assessment and then developing a realistic Roadmap to prioritize and budget for Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM) migration or development efforts.  Many organizations struggle with so many “opportunities” for improvement that it is difficult to prioritize or establish a business case to proceed.

This frequently happens when an organization knows it has imaging, document management, eDiscovery or Records Management needs but has limited resources to do everything it would like to improve its business and records management processes.  Conducting a High-Level Assessment (HLA) of Information Governance practices, internal technology usage, and RM practices can lead to making more effective technology decisions and ensure the proper sequencing of ECRM projects.

This webinar will cover:

  • Establishing executive sponsorship of ECRM projects through the use of a High-Level Assessment (HLA)

  • Decoding HLA recommendations to build an ECRM Roadmap

  • Prioritizing capital allocation and saving money and resources by following the ECRM Roadmap.
