Reseller Agreement with Assimilated Information Systems

IQBG to resell Assimilated Information System’s market-leading document automation engine, DocFusion®

IQBG, Inc. a leading provider of information and management solutions to highly regulated industries and the public sector, today announced it has entered into a reseller agreement with Assimilated Information Systems (AIS). Under the terms of the deal, IQBG is the official implementation partner who will have the ability to resell AIS’s market-leading document automation engine, DocFusion® to businesses in North America.

DocFusion is a dynamic document composition solution that provides document generation and workflow capability through safe, convenient, and secure high-quality end-production.

The solution is designed to help clients manage increasing volumes of documents and data in business.

Benefits to the user include highly customizable templates that provide dynamic content output with complexity driven by requirements; many models can be used and combined (each can source information from multiple data sources). The system integrates with SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Online, Microsoft Flow, Stream Analytics, and Content Management Systems. These services may be public Cloud-based, private Cloud-based, or on-premise solutions.

The resulting documents are dynamic, facilitating the reusability of document components with appropriate numbering, references, and version control. Paragraphs may be included, appended, or omitted whilst information is formatted, merged, and assimilated under robust compliance principles and regulations.
