IQBG, Inc., provider of information and management solutions to highly regulated industries and the public sector has been awarded its first renewal of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract for OpenText products and services.
IQBG’s continued commitment to customer service and focus on quality and world class execution all contributed to the successful renewal of this OpenText Enterprise Information Management contract. When combined with IQBG’s existing Texas operations and customer contracts, this renewal is expected to strengthen IQBG’s position as a business leader in Texas for years to come.
“IQBG has enjoyed a positive and productive relationship with the Texas DIR during the past year.” said Eric Wadsworth, Chief Executive Officer for IQBG Incorporated. “This renewal is a great confirmation of our past successes and the many opportunities we have ahead of us.”
The new contract extends a previous base-year contract renewing IQBG as a provider of OpenText products and services to include Enterprise Information Management leveraging world class solutions such as Content Server, Capture Center, and Records Management.
The Texas DIR contract also allows customers outside the state of Texas to take advantage of the already competitively bid process and deeply discounted OpenText prices. Over 200 non-Texas government agencies and school institutions have found the Texas DIR Cooperative Contract process a compliant and efficient purchasing solution for their technology product and service needs.
