IQBG, Inc., a leading provider of information and management solutions to highly regulated industries and the public sector, today announced it has entered into an Authorized Service Partner (ASP) agreement with M-Files, the intelligent information management company. Under the terms of the agreement, IQBG will begin offering consulting, implementation, and training services to M-Files customers in North America.
“IQBG is a strong technical partner with a high level of expertise in various applications such as enterprise content and records management,” said Mark Petoskey, Vice-President of North American Sales at M-Files. “With IQBG now aligned to sell and support our solution directly, we can further strengthen M-Files customer implementations across North America. We are very excited about our new partnership primarily focused on the public sector and aimed at ensuring M-Files deployments exceed customer expectations.”
M-Files is the only intelligent information management platform that organizes content based on what it is, not where it’s stored. Users can connect to existing network folders and systems to make them more intelligent with built-in AI to categorize and protect information automatically.
The M-Files platform eliminates information silos and provides quick and easy access to data and content from any business system or device. Information can be accessed and managed through a single view without requiring data migration, whether it is stored in M-Files or across other systems and repositories. With its open architecture, M-Files supports connectors to SharePoint, network file shares, email, file-sharing services, CRM, ERP, and more. M-Files also provides AI-powered solutions for Microsoft Office 365 and Google G Suite, offering out-of-the-box document management, compliance, and governance features, all seamlessly integrated with these familiar office productivity suites.
“We are extremely excited to be working even closer with M-Files as an Authorized Service Partner (ASP) providing a high level of expertise with M-Files deployments,” said Eric Wadsworth, Chairman & CEO of IQBG. “It’s a great honor for us to start this new partnership with M-Files in North America. This ASP agreement with M-Files will make it easier for customers to adopt and benefit from the visionary, intelligent information management platform.”
