IQBG to Attend the 2023 NAGARA Annual Conference

IQ Business Group (IQBG), a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, is thrilled to announce its participation in the 2023 NAGARA Annual Conference, taking place from July 18th to 21st at the historic Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, Ohio. This prestigious event, organized by the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA), brings together information professionals, government archivists, and records managers from across the country.

At the conference, IQBG will be represented by Chris Legnon, PMP, Vice President of Client Engagement, and Alexander Webb, CRM, IGP, CHP, Records & Information Management Consultant. Additionally, IQBG presenters will be delivering an engaging session titled “Measure Twice, Purchase Once: Proof That Assessments Empower an Effective ECM Solution Roadmap that Saves Money and Really Works” during Session 10.

This enlightening session aims to demonstrate how federal, state, and local governments can benefit from investing in low-cost, upfront assessments of ECM system functional needs and software selections. By implementing a strategic program roadmap based on these assessments, government agencies can effectively prepare for M-9-21 compliance and ensure regulatory compliance while maximizing cost savings. The session will provide real-world examples and testimonies of successful document management practices and ECM system workflows identified during assessments and implemented with stakeholders.

Alexander Webb and Chris Legnon will be joined by esteemed professionals, Christee Lewis, Document Management Applications Manager at Harris County – Universal Services, Texas, and Denise Pickett, Director of Records & Information Management/Public Information Officer at Parkland Hospital Group, Dallas, Texas. Together, they will share insights and expertise on the effective purchase and implementation of ECM systems that drive positive change and ensure high user adoption.
